From the very first contact with Renee, it was obvious that she listened to what we needed and was capable of helping tremendously. We needed to sell our mother's home as she moved to an out of state living facility but we also lived out of state far from the home. Logistically for us to personally handle all that was necessary was going to be very difficult if not impossible. Renee discussed with us how she could help and what she could do, including being on-site as needed. We agreed for her to take charge. She handled and organized any and all services that were necessary to make the house ready for sale but still kept us apprised of the progress and included us in decision making when appropriate. She knew or found good subcontractors and when relevant got several bids to present to us for choice. She did a market analysis to appropriately price the house for selling and we got a solid price when sold. We could not have accomplished all that we did without Renee.

Renee had worked with us for awhile during our several attempts to move. We had a few "hiccups" while trying to sell in New York and a few attempts to buy in New Jersey. Even though she was not our seller representative, she was kind enough to connect us with a real estate broker for our sale and introduced him personally.
