We started looking for a new home in Bergen county, NJ over a year and a half ago. We looked off and on, over this period, for a house to fit our growing family. Throughout that time Renee kept us up to date with the current housing trends and listings. She knows the Englewood/Tenafly neighborhoods very well and was able to give us insight into particular areas/streets. And she is also on the inside as to what houses may come to market or might list as she lives in the community. She always stayed in touch - we received a specialized list of new listings in the neighborhood as they became available - but never pushed or pressured us. When we finally felt ready and found the right house, Renee walked us through the process and served as our advocate. She went out of her way to be helpful as well as she recommended other service providers (tank inspection, mortgage broker, handyman, etc.) that proved to be very good. When we hit some title issues with the house, she was able to guide us as to what we should expect and helped us understand the nuances of the issues. She even went to the town records office for us to check on things! We closed on our house a month and a half ago and Renee still maintains our relationship and is there for us if we need anything. We very strongly recommend Renee for all your real estate needs and (after talking to friends and hearing some nightmare stories) think that she is far and away the best real estate broker in her area.
